KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
May 4, 2010, from 8:00am to 3:00pm
Please bring your child to the registration, along with the following items:

• Child's birth certificate
• Child's social security card
• Alabama Certificate of Immunization (Blue Form): must not expire before 09/30/2010
• Your 2 proofs of residency
• Custody papers (if applicable)

Your child will not be placed in a classroom until all of the above items are on file at school.

If you miss the registration date, it is VERY important you register your child as soon as possible. The number of students registered will determine the number of Kindergarten classes. This will help avoid classes being overcrowded.

The child must turn 5 on or before September 1, 2010, to enroll for Kindergarten.
