If you haven't checked out DansGuardian as an alternative to expensive filtering solutions, then may I suggest you do so. It is one of the best available and it is free to schools. All you need is a FreeBSD or Linux box and some time to get it running.
I've written a log analyzer for DansGuardian. You can download it below and use it at your own risk. There are no guarantees of any kind that it will work for your needs or be accurate.
You will need a decent CPU to process any large log files.
