Our school district offers more than 3,900 students of Cherokee County extensive learning opportunities, including the traditional curriculum, vocational training, and technology. Attendance Counts!

Did you know that students are considered "chronically absent" if they miss 18 or more days of school in one school year, even if the absences are excused? Our schools are graded on a statewide report card, and one of the grading categories is attendance. You may check your child's number of absences in the PowerSchool Parent Portal anytime. Please email admin@cherokeek12.org if you need your login information for the parent portal.
